Required enrollment documents
To ensure a smooth enrollment process and to help us get to know your child better, please submit the following required documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Card
- Completed School Registration Form
- Passport-sized Photographs (2-3 copies)
- Development history
- Parent/Guardian ID (National ID, Driver's License, or Passport)
